Our wines
Our wines express an alchemy between the terroir, our know-how and our creativity.
Each grape variety is harvested by hand on and plot, then vinified separately before the assemblage phase. Our range is divided into several cuvées: AOP Pic Saint Loup, AOP Languedoc and Vins de France.
With the Vins de France "Ne vous déplaise" and "Drôle d’oiseau", the winemaker highlights vintages in an assemblage or as monovarietal wines, expressing all her inventiveness. This means that these two cuvées promise a different surprise for the tastebuds each year.
